We all begin at a different “training age.” I will help you find out where your “starting point” is. I will create a personal training program specifically for you and that reflects your individual goals. As you proceed through the training program it will be adapted to fit your needs and time constraints.
It does not matter whether you consider yourself an “athlete” or not. Your training program must incorporate aerobic and anaerobic training balanced with a healthy dose of mobility, stability, flexibility and strength training. If you are training for a particular sport, I will make sure the training program allows you to peak for your event or competition.
